As recently as last week, Motorola was preparing to unveil the Moto Razr 2022 foldable phone, as well as the Moto X30 Pro phones, on August 2. The Motorola launch ceremony had to be postponed because of the rain.
As a result of US Representative Nancy Pelosi’s visit, there have been rumours that the event was postponed or cancelled altogether.
In a new teaser shared by Lenovo Mobile China’s general manager Chen Jin, the Moto Razr 2022’s new launch date has been revealed. According to the article, the foldable smartphone will be on sale on August 11th. That’s what Chen Jin hinted to in the picture he provided. We can see the updated date and, potentially, the launch time of 2:00 PM on the foldable phone’s secondary display.
Additionally, it’s rumoured that Motorola will make its Moto X30 Pro debut at the same event, and if rumours are to be believed, both handsets will be available for purchase shortly afterwards. We may presume that the Razr 2022 and X30 Pro will be available for purchase on August 11 based on the availability of reservations on many Chinese online store websites.
The revised launch dates for both smartphones remain a matter of conjecture for the time being, since there has been no official announcement.
An FHD+ (1,080×2,400) TENAA listing suggests that Motorola’s Razr 2022 will have a 6.67-inch OLED display. The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset will power the gadget.
The Motorola X30 Pro, on the other hand, is said to include a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED display and a main camera with a 200MP sensor from Samsung.
